NeweiJewelry processes website payments through PayPal. At checkout, you may pay with your PayPal account or, when PayPal makes the option available for your location and transaction, with an eligible credit or debit card through PayPal’s secure checkout.
Accepted Payment Methods
- A PayPal account balance or a payment method linked to your PayPal account.
- Eligible Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover credit and debit cards through PayPal’s card or guest checkout, where available.
A PayPal account may not be required when PayPal offers guest card checkout. The availability of guest checkout and specific card types is determined by PayPal and may vary by country, device, transaction, account status, and PayPal’s security checks. NeweiJewelry cannot guarantee that every payment option will appear for every customer.
How Payment Works
- Add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Select PayPal as your payment method.
- You will be shown or redirected to PayPal’s secure checkout.
- Sign in to your PayPal account, or choose the eligible debit or credit card option if PayPal offers it.
- Review the order total and authorize the payment through PayPal.
Your order is confirmed only after PayPal successfully authorizes the transaction and NeweiJewelry sends an order confirmation. Please review your email address, shipping address, and order details carefully before approving payment.
Currency, Shipping, Taxes, and Other Charges
Prices and checkout totals on NeweiJewelry are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). Your checkout total may include the product price, our standard shipping charge of $7.98, and any applicable taxes shown before you authorize payment. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or local handling fees may be collected separately by the destination country or carrier and are the customer’s responsibility unless the checkout clearly states otherwise.
If your PayPal account or card uses another currency, PayPal or your card issuer may apply a currency conversion rate or other fee. Those rates and fees are set by the payment provider or financial institution, not by NeweiJewelry.
Payment Security
PayPal processes your payment credentials. NeweiJewelry does not receive or store your complete credit or debit card number or card security code. Please never send card details by email, contact form, text message, or telephone.
Authorization, Pending Payments, and Declines
PayPal may request additional verification or may approve, decline, hold, or review a transaction under its own policies. If a payment is declined, please check the information entered, try another eligible payment method within PayPal, or contact PayPal or your card issuer.
A pending authorization may sometimes appear even when an order was not completed. This is normally controlled by PayPal or the card issuer and may be released automatically according to their processing schedule. If you did not receive a NeweiJewelry order confirmation, contact us before attempting repeated payments so we can check whether an order was created.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Requests to cancel or modify an order must be sent within 6 hours after the order is placed. We will do our best to help, but a request cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipment has begun. Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method through PayPal.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued through PayPal to the original payment method used for the order. After a returned item is received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for us to process an approved refund. For an approved cancellation, please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear. PayPal, your bank, or your card issuer may require additional time before the credit is visible on your statement.

Payment Questions
If you have a question about an order or believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us with your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue. Do not include a full card number or security code. Questions about a PayPal account, PayPal’s checkout availability, a card decline, currency conversion, or a provider-imposed fee may also require assistance directly from PayPal or your card issuer.
