1. Online Store

NeweiJewelry is an online-only jewelry retailer. We do not offer in-person shopping, local pickup, or walk-in returns. Orders and authorized returns are handled through the website and customer support process.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or use the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

3. Product Information and Compatibility

We work to present accurate titles, descriptions, measurements, compatibility information, materials, colors, and images. Screen settings, lighting, material texture, manufacturing tolerances, or handmade-style details can create small differences. Customers are responsible for checking product size, measurements and available finish before ordering.

Contact us before purchase if compatibility is unclear. Product availability may change, and we may correct, update, or discontinue an item without prior notice.

4. Pricing, Currency, and Taxes

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Shipping and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. We may correct a clear pricing or product-data error and, if necessary, cancel the affected order with a full refund.

5. Orders and Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not require us to accept an order we cannot lawfully or reasonably fulfill. We may hold, refuse, or cancel an order for suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, inventory issues, obvious pricing errors, restricted destinations, or incomplete billing or shipping information. If we cancel after payment, we issue an appropriate refund.

6. Payment

You agree to provide current, accurate payment and billing information and authorize the total shown at checkout. Payments are handled by the provider displayed at checkout. Full card details are not stored by NeweiJewelry.

7. Modification and Cancellation

8. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days and shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carriers, customs, weather, and other events outside our reasonable control. Customers must provide a complete and accurate address.

9. Returns and Refunds

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Conditions, prepaid label details, exclusions, inspections, and refund timing are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing product compatibility and measurements, providing accurate order information, monitoring email and tracking, following care instructions, and contacting us promptly when a problem arises.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original text, graphics, branding, layout, and other content belong to NeweiJewelry or its licensors. You may use the site for personal shopping, but may not copy, republish, scrape, sell, or exploit its content without permission.
